Who we are

Resume Screener is a service by OneOverZero. You can reach us at aiko.hr.bot@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Business account details
• Job descriptions
• Resumes uploaded by businesses
• Evaluation results
• Allowed-sender email addresses

How we use it

We use this information to screen resumes for the business that submitted them, and for nothing else.

Service providers

• Supabase, for storage and the database
• Anthropic, for AI evaluation
• Google, for email and Drive intake

Retention

Resumes and results are deleted after the business's retention period, which is between 6 and 12 months.

Google user data

Resume Screener's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
